Contact the site
One address, and a clear division between what it can settle and what it cannot.
The address
Everything reaches contact@artivoorin.com. A person reads it and replies, normally within two working days.
Within our scope
- Any figure, claim or page on this website that looks wrong or out of date
- Which package covers which period, and how the sixty days is counted
- The source behind any product fact published here
Outside it
- Payments, invoices and order numbers
- Dispatch, tracking and damaged deliveries
- Refunds under the guarantee
Those are the seller's, and their support team is linked from the checkout. They are the only party that can see an order, so a message routed through us takes longer and arrives less complete. Keep the confirmation email; the order number in it is what they ask for first.
Corrections
A note pointing at a mistake is the most useful thing this address receives. Name the page and the detail. It is checked against the label or the checkout the same day and then either corrected or explained back.
What a reply looks like
Plain English, no template, and a direct answer where one exists. If the honest answer is that the manufacturer does not publish something, that is what comes back rather than a guess dressed up as a fact.
Response times
There is no ticketing system and no automatic reply. Messages are read in order, usually in the evening. A question about a number published here is answered quickly; one requiring a check against the seller may take a day longer.
Language
English only, and written by a person rather than pushed through a translation engine. A message in another language is still read; the reply comes back in English.
Two things we will not do
We will not advise whether a supplement suits you — we have no basis for an opinion and offering one would be dishonest. We will not chase the seller on your behalf either, because a customer with an order number gets a faster answer than a third party relaying one.
